Although the pandemic interrupted coverage, The PRESS managed to capture two of District 2 Orange County Commissioner Christine Moore's selections for the HOA of the Month.
The March HOA of the Month Award went to the Regency Park Homeowners Association in Pine Hills. The June award went to The Enclave on Hiawassee Road. The subdivision’s signage is state-of-the-art and really stands out. Their well-maintained entranceway features fresh annuals, perfectly-trimmed bushes and trees, and lighting to focus on the welcoming features.
Congratulations to HOAs that really care! The welcoming touches show a sense of pride and welcoming to all who live there or visit.
